Here’s 13 (really) Secret Tips to be Better, Smarter, more Effective and to Finally enjoy YOUR Life!!! (it really works, … in any case, for me it does!)

  1. Have goals and want to archive what you would. Nothing is a dream. Everything is possible. Just don’t be worry to do it, don’t be afraid to make sacrifice, don’t be afraid of being selfish or self-interest if you prefer… (everybody is selfish! It’s just that some people show more than others). Even you can be ridiculed, hurt, lose friends, etc. It is YOUR LIFE, no the live of someone else. Don’t care about other people!
  2. Think that you’re the best! Be proud of yourself! If you think that, you’ll do everything better than now! Don’t be afraid about anything because you’re the BEST! Be confident!!
  3. Human nature is our enemy…! (take this a little bit lightly, but there’s truth in it!). Create a weekly list to eliminate all your bad (even good) habit. Every habit is bad!!!
  4. Every night, create a “To Do List” with what you MUST to do. If you don’t do it, you’ll die. It is more important to do all your tasks on your list than go to work or save someone, because otherwise you’ll die! Remember that!! It is also a good idea to write each task by “Priority” order and do the three most (and scariest) important in the morning.
  5. Don’t eat junk food or eat between meals!!! Eat three meals per day, and you MUST eat your breakfast before 8am.. This can seems silly but works. If you don’t think it will on you, just try it everyday during 21 days and see any benefits than before!
  6. Sleep before half past eleven!! This again can seems silly, but really try it during it 21 days and check any benefits
  7. Wake up before 8am, doing your first biggest task of the day (that requires the most effort) and think that after you’ll have your “reward”; a great breakfast (large bowl of milk, delicious cereals like “Jordans“, uh, anyway you can eat what you want, but you have to love it!!!)
  8. So as you can see to NĀ° 7, having a delicious breakfast it’s very very important and get you the speed for the whole day šŸ˜‰
  9. Avoid doing anything you don’t like and that do not result a big consequence (e.g., prefer to pay 20 bucks more but do not doing the thing you don’t like).
  10. Disable all notifications from your SmartPhone and tablet’s applications and never accept the automatic logins to websites (because you are more tempted to go to it).
  11. It’s completely silly to waste your time (your life) on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and other websites like that! life is much better than that!
    Don’t be connected more than 30 minutes a day on that websites and go there only in the evening and three hours before sleeping. Believe me, it is very important for the spirit and the information diet.
  12. Check your emails only two times per day (one at 1pm and one other at 6.30pm).
  13. One of the most difficult thing in that list! Transom all bad thing into good and good (like waste time on Facebook) into bad thing (like wake up at 5.30am)
